Analysing The Timings Of A Music Video

This was how the song starts off, young boy laying on a sofa feeling sorry for himself. 

It is a non-linear story so it then flips to why he is sad and shows the couple arguing. 

The story then changed to the girl walking away down the street by herself.

This is the start of the chorus, it changes location, the boys stands and does a performance in the woods. 

It then changes back to them fighting and arguing, this is the start of a new verse.

He continues to sing alone, after the fight with his girlfriend.

This is part of an extended chorus, showing the girl with another boy.

towards the end of the song, in the extended chorus, the boy is dramatic and there is some slow motion shots to show him anger.

We did short task in order to find out how the music video moves on from one scene to another, it also helped us learn about the importance of timings and why they are needed in a song and music video. From doing this task we will analyse our song and work out the timings this will allow us to have an idea of what we can put in our video at what time.
