Simon's Image & Audience

Image & Genre (inspiration) 
The genre is indie pop with a little soul. We got our inspiration from Ed Sheeran as Simon Sterling has similar music to him.

The image that we are selling is freedom and the ability to be who you want to be without being penalised. The who message behind the music video is that everyone gets lost in their own mind sometimes and it is hard to find yourself in a society where you cant be who you really are. Our music video shows that you are not alone and give our audience something to relate to. 


Audience
The audience that we are trying to connect with you be teenagers, 15-20. The audience can either be male or female. It would also be working and middle class. 

We are selling a worry free life, a sense of freedom and an adventure. throughout the video you see simon taking a journey through his own mind. The narrative is about him getting lost in his own mind and struggling to find his identity this is a relatable subject for many teens which is why we chose this as a theme. 


This is a mood board of the target audience we are hoping to reach, it includes male and females, teenagers of the age 15-20 and middle and working class. In order to make sure that we had an accurate reading of who our audience should be we looked on Simons music twitter in order to see the sort of followers/fans he has. 

Danny looked through twitter and other social networking in order to look into the auidece. Rosie typed up the evaluation and put it all together.
